Description
The semi-automatic Baby Boxl depalletizer was designed to facilitate manual depalletizing. Usually, to provide 3000 bottles per hour, it takes 2 persons at 100%, one feeding and the other placing the bottles. Thanks to the Baby Box, one person at 70% will feed the machine and organize the baskets. This operator will be able to control all the machine operations with a joystick. It allows to remove one entire layer in less than a minute from the bottling line. This eliminates physical effort and allows the operator to perform other control tasks.
The productivity reached with this system exceeds 6000 bottles per hour.

Motorized vertical shifting controlled by converter, on rails with dampened security switches.
